About Me

I have been cooking since the age of 9. It is a labor of love and I have especially loved the baking of cakes for several reasons; the taste, the smell, the beauty and mainly the reason for celebrating the making of a cake :)

I am a very blessed lady of two grown daughters and 12 wonderful grandchildren - total of 4 boys and 8 girls! How wonderful is that? I suppose though that I love to bake simply because my daughters' lives are busy (of course with all the children) and I am alone most of the time. So, I spend my time creating and decorating cakes.

I have completed the courses and, I am a certified Wilton Cake Decorator.
